The owners of Cape Lodge wanted these units to reflect the essence of the Cape Lodge experience. The units have been design around and overlook one of the properties lakes. The aesthetics of the units are consistent with the architectural vocabulary of Cape Lodge. Cape Lodge is located within 40 acres of manicured parkland’s and lawns surrounded by native bushlands with its own vineyard in Margaret River. Not only is it listed in the “Small Luxury Hotel of the World” directory, but was recently voted in the top 10 Privately owned hotels in the World.

We were commissioned to design, document and oversee the construction of additions and alterations to the existing lodge which consisted of a deluxe two room suite and administration center. Eight new luxury accommodation suites were designed to encircle and have a view of the private lake. Careful consideration was given to the location of the windows to ensure good passive design with the natural surroundings whilst maintaining a sense of privacy.

Our good working relationship with the clients resulted in our service being extended to assisting with selection of furniture,artwork, appliances, lighting, co-ordination of interior and exterior colour schemes, including the request to assist with selection of dining settings.
