These luxury beachside villas were a result of a unique brief which involved 6 family members as the client. The outcome is a village style development providing private spaces for the individual and communal external living which form the important family connection required by the whole family. Each villa is open plan in style offering a light and airy holiday atmosphere, with great views over Geographe Bay. The development was designed around the original family, holiday home which was retained and altered to tie in aesthetically with the 5 new villas.
